(Moorhead, MN) — A Saint Paul man is facing charges after nearly 140 pounds of marijuana was allegedly found in a vehicle he was driving.
The man was stopped by a Minnesota state trooper in Moorhead Tuesday afternoon for crossing the fog line in a vehicle with Oregon plates. The trooper was aware that it is marijuana harvest season in Oregon and that there were large black trash bags in the truck. The trooper’s K9 partner indicated there were drugs possibly inside. The marijuana found was estimated to be worth 400-thousand dollars.
