Medical cannabis dispensary permits revealed; patient registration available – The Fayette Tribune

CHARLESTON – The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Public Health, Office of Medical Cannabis announced last week the successful applicants for medical cannabis dispensary permits.

Recipients of these permits will be allowed to operate retail locations within West Virginia for certified patients. A full list of dispensary permit holders can be found at Dispensary permit holders in Fayette County include Terrasana (dba Fayetteville Retail) and Columbia Care WV in Fayetteville, and Verano WV in Oak Hill.

Additionally, the OMC announced that eligible West Virginia residents with serious medical conditions can now register to receive medical cannabis at Registration doesn’t mean that medical cannabis products can immediately be obtained, according to a DHHR press release.
