The initial woman who called to get my intake information as a new patient was phenomenal, so thorough and thoughtful and genuinely kind. She is absolutely someone who should be caring for patients in this field. I felt so well informed and treated with such patience and kindness, which is so different from the actual health industry. The guys at the actual store were SO kind. The guy at the front desk was incredible, so genuinely nice, you could tell he loved his job. The guy who took my payment explained everything and showed me what was in the bag and was also just so genuinely nice. Im a new patient here and a new patient of medical cannabis in general and I literally cannot say enough amazing things. Went to the counter and a staff member made me feel at home and confirmed gator breath was amazing and yes it was my anxiety was high with the 25% thc but I remember the comfortable words provided with my visit and further research my biggest complaint is variety on original medical such as OG Irene or later brands such as skywalker kush I love the medical weed provided it’s becoming too teir good job guys lady’s and gents

These guys have spotted me 9 dollars once when messed up on how much money to bring with me. They stored my electric bike in one of their consultation rooms all day for me when I got a flat outside the building on my way in. Phenomenal company and employees is a UNDERSTATEMENT. And $50.00 off orders over $150.00Modern clean easy free parking in the rear, as part of a $5.00 lot but pull around alley and there's plenty of free parking.Besides flower I bought a $10.00 Spoon pipe, and this last time they had the screens I asked for 5X $1.00 steel screens.I love this place, wish you get more for the money.No visible guards on duty like San Diego.Recreational us soon. We had to pay the fees too only they were $35.00 X 6months. Then it was finally voted Recreational. That's what we need here..Paid $153.00 for a fake Dr visit. And $50.00 to MN state program.The Dr who doesn't really care to see paper work just wants her $150.00 so the state should get all that money.They gave a sign up discounts for Disabled people.Overall Happy to be Lifted.

Their customer service is extremely poor. If you have anxiety be prepared for a very unorganized wait time. I scheduled my pickup 4 days in advance because of my small window of opportunity. They even texted me it was ready 20 min before scheduled pickup. The long haired male employee( should not work at this place especially!) took it upon himself to show his authority and purposely make me wait as long as possible letting many people in front of me because I stepped up without my name being called. The lady at the front desk even asked him to check me out(she knew something was wrong behind the glass) so I assumed I was up. She felt bad. Anyways… missed my window, missed my appointment and left physically I’ll due to the situation. I haven’t been treated like that by an employee anywhere in so many years I can’t remember. I don’t know how that long haired guy has a job there. I will not come back when he’s working. I will drive any distance and start new accounts to avoid confrontation with him again.

The stuff is decent but the buds still has leaves! Your team needs to do a better trim JOB! Just because you have no competitors you still need to do a good JOB at keeping us happy with the product. First time buying flower and it was disappointing, while the black market is still better and way cheaper. You can actually have better bigger buds from buying from your local dealer and not this small buds thing that's going on. Charging a higher dollar amount for buds that are bigger and better from the top of the plants just dosen't make sense, while we can only afford these bottom cuts less potent buds that look like popcorn. It's definitely not worth the $65 for 1/8

Horrible experience. Although I grew up in Minnesota, I have lived in several other states with marijuana legalized. There are only 2 options in Minnesota for your medication and DO NOT choose this place if you value your money or time. Overpriced, very low quality product. What finally pushed me over the edge was the medication was WEAK and there was this coupon which they would NOT honor! Seriously? They stated it was from last year. After purchasing medication weekly for a years and spending THOUSANDS of dollars over the span of a year, I asked for a discount TWICE from Green Goods and was DENIED on both occasions! Horrible customer care but the biggest issue would be the medication is WEAK. It is stated to be a certain strength but you will EASILY be able to tell you are NOT smoking. There is only 1 other dispensary in Minnesota, they are decent and the medication is STRONG. Horrible value, horrible product.

And the worst part is I'm more mobile and active on it. Its when I cant afford it and switch back to the meds insurance pays for i consistently feel like I'm in the clouds all day to get the same pain relief. And I cant really focus on anything or be very functional on pharmaceutical medications. And I'm required to deal with the side effects of the pharmaceutical medications because it has the lest side effects against me. Yet insurance won't cover the medication that helps with zero side effects. I have scoliosis. And as much to most who say your just getting hi. Well my medical marijuana stop getting me high after 2 weeks of continues use. Just saying.

I was very impressed with all aspects of my visit to MinnMed. I spoke with two staff members, both of which were very friendly and helpful. The distillate is very very good - I’ve had the cartridge and tincture. My only regret is not stocking up more on my first visit to take advantage of the discount. A 500mg cartridge won’t last terribly long for some patients. I’m so happy to have quality medicine in MN. Unfortunately, the cost can be very prohibitive, but that’s not MinnMed’s fault. Hopefully science will prevail and Cannabis will become federally legal in the near future. Thanks MinnMed!

The cost is still very high. Their new distillate is an improvement over their MCT extract but it still contains added terpenes which may produce lung damaging compounds when heated to high temperatures. Is there nothing else that's safer to thin the distillate with than terpenes? I still prefer this product compared to Leafline's.It's strange that the state will allow us to consume highly concentrated and processed versions of cannabis but wont let us consume the natural flower. Clearly, there were some special interests involved when this legislation was written.The staff at the Minneapolis location is helpful and pleasant.

Recently logged onto their website to place an order, was happy to see a price drop reflected on their website only to come into the dispensary and be informed they are eliminating their loyalty program. My medicine will now cost more and they have the nerve to tell you they lowered their prices when you go in. The product is good but I might start going to leafline again with this new price change. I thought the prices were finally starting to reflect normal prices, like in markets that cannabis isn't prohibited, only to be hugely disappointed.

Their customer service is extremely poor. If you have anxiety be prepared for a very unorganized wait time. I scheduled my pickup 4 days in advance because of my small window of opportunity. They even texted me it was ready 20 min before scheduled pickup. The long haired male employee( should not work at this place especially!) took it upon himself to show his authority and purposely make me wait as long as possible letting many people in front of me because I stepped up without my name being called. The lady at the front desk even asked him to check me out(she knew something was wrong behind the glass) so I assumed I was up. She felt bad. Anyways… missed my window, missed my appointment and left physically I’ll due to the situation. I haven’t been treated like that by an employee anywhere in so many years I can’t remember. I don’t know how that long haired guy has a job there. I will not come back when he’s working. I will drive any distance and start new accounts to avoid confrontation with him again.

The stuff is decent but the buds still has leaves! Your team needs to do a better trim JOB! Just because you have no competitors you still need to do a good JOB at keeping us happy with the product. First time buying flower and it was disappointing, while the black market is still better and way cheaper. You can actually have better bigger buds from buying from your local dealer and not this small buds thing that's going on. Charging a higher dollar amount for buds that are bigger and better from the top of the plants just dosen't make sense, while we can only afford these bottom cuts less potent buds that look like popcorn. It's definitely not worth the $65 for 1/8

There are only 2 options in Minnesota for your medication and DO NOT choose this place if you value your money or time. Overpriced, very low quality product. What finally pushed me over the edge was the medication was WEAK and there was this coupon which they would NOT honor! Seriously? They stated it was from last year. After purchasing medication weekly for a years and spending THOUSANDS of dollars over the span of a year, I asked for a discount TWICE from Green Goods and was DENIED on both occasions! Horrible customer care but the biggest issue would be the medication is WEAK. It is stated to be a certain strength but you will EASILY be able to tell you are NOT smoking. There is only 1 other dispensary in Minnesota, they are decent and the medication is STRONG. Horrible value, horrible product.

And the worst part is I'm more mobile and active on it. Its when I cant afford it and switch back to the meds insurance pays for i consistently feel like I'm in the clouds all day to get the same pain relief. And I cant really focus on anything or be very functional on pharmaceutical medications. And I'm required to deal with the side effects of the pharmaceutical medications because it has the lest side effects against me. Yet insurance won't cover the medication that helps with zero side effects. I have scoliosis. And as much to most who say your just getting hi. Well my medical marijuana stop getting me high after 2 weeks of continues use. Just saying.

I was very impressed with all aspects of my visit to MinnMed. I spoke with two staff members, both of which were very friendly and helpful. The distillate is very very good - I’ve had the cartridge and tincture. My only regret is not stocking up more on my first visit to take advantage of the discount. A 500mg cartridge won’t last terribly long for some patients. I’m so happy to have quality medicine in MN. Unfortunately, the cost can be very prohibitive, but that’s not MinnMed’s fault. Hopefully science will prevail and Cannabis will become federally legal in the near future. Thanks MinnMed!

The cost is still very high. Their new distillate is an improvement over their MCT extract but it still contains added terpenes which may produce lung damaging compounds when heated to high temperatures. Is there nothing else that's safer to thin the distillate with than terpenes? I still prefer this product compared to Leafline's.It's strange that the state will allow us to consume highly concentrated and processed versions of cannabis but wont let us consume the natural flower. Clearly, there were some special interests involved when this legislation was written.The staff at the Minneapolis location is helpful and pleasant.

Recently logged onto their website to place an order, was happy to see a price drop reflected on their website only to come into the dispensary and be informed they are eliminating their loyalty program. My medicine will now cost more and they have the nerve to tell you they lowered their prices when you go in. The product is good but I might start going to leafline again with this new price change. I thought the prices were finally starting to reflect normal prices, like in markets that cannabis isn't prohibited, only to be hugely disappointed.
