Patient Care Coordinator – LeafLine Labs, LLC – Hibbing, MN

LeafLine Labs is one of two registered medical cannabis manufacturers in Minnesota. We focus on using controlled environment agriculture to produce various strains of cannabis that is turned into extraction-based medicine. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for being the first person greeting patients at our Patient Care Centers. The PCC will provide excellent service and support LeafLine Labs commitment to Patients First. Always.

Job Duties:

· Greet and check in patients and visitors upon arrival

· Make appointments and confirm patient in state registry

· Navigate between patient databases to obtain needed information

· Answer patient’s questions in and redirect to team where needed

· Administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, forms completion

· Problem solve both individually and with team

· Know, understand and act in compliance with state regulation

· Work towards meeting department goals around efficiencies, yields, and cost

· Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· At least one-year of customer or patient serviced

· Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in-person

· Professional demeanor

· Detail orientation

· Ability to follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)

· Ability to work well with others

· Willing and able to work Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associate Degree / post-secondary education preferred

· Experience in healthcare

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
