The Savage Police Department responded to the following incidents Oct. 31-Nov. 5. This is not a comprehensive list of all incidents to which the department responded.
Nov. 3: A 37-year-old Savage man was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault-fear and gross misdemeanor criminal damage to property after officers were called to a residence in the 7500 block of Southridge Court for a domestic disturbance.
Nov. 5: A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for gross misdemeanor interference with 911 communications and misdemeanor domestic assault after officers received a call for a disturbance at a local business in the 4600 block of Highway 13.
Nov. 1: Officers received a report of a 16-year-old male student smoking in the school bathroom at Prior Lake High School, 7575 150th St. W. The juvenile was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Nov. 1: An 18-year-old Savage man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana in the 5000 block of 132nd Street. A 19-year-old Savage man was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle. Officers found the men while they were in a public park after hours.
Nov. 4: A 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested in the 8100 block of County Road 42 for attempting to procure a controlled substance after an employee of a Savage business reported a forged prescription had been dropped off at the business. The same charges are also pending against a 28-year-old St. Paul man involved in the incident.
