I love this dispensary so much. I’ve been an avid customer since 2016-17, and I hope they stick around to serve the iron range for many years to come. The people there are so nice, I’m always seen on time, and Jess is one of my favorite people to see when I go there. I’ll be so sad if I don’t get to have access to my medicine like I do now, and even more sad at not being able to see the lovely faces of all the bud tenders. ❤️

Love Jess so super helpful and she made me feel better by explaining everything to me. I had one problem with one lady who got frustrated with me but hopefully when I go today I get Jess!!!!!

Rise is great. If you follow protocol, you more than likely will be in and out without any hassle. Jess has helped me on more than a few occasions and she’s always very friendly and kind. I’ve witnessed her remain calm and professional with passive aggressive and verbally abusive men (three times now) who didn’t fulfill their own responsibilities with their orders, and blew up on her for it. Thanks for keeping the atmosphere calm and being a friendly face to see and a fun gal to chat with while waiting!

I am a caregiver for my daughter, which means I pick up the prescriptions for her because she is a minor. When I went the first time, Jess helped me, and she was so patient and very kind. She explained everything to me, and I didn't feel stupid or anything. She is my favorite technician!!! She does amazing at her job. The other staff is also helpful. There have been a couple of times that things have been mixed up, but we were able to get them taken care of by having a consult with the pharmacist over the phone. The last 2 times I've gone, I have had a much longer wait time, but they are always friendly and usually keep me updated while I'm waiting. So far, great experiences, and I always look forward to seeing Jess as she was my first contact and she made my visit very easy and left me feeling reassured about everything! Check the website every day because they always have sales 🙂

Unfortunate however staff to me seemed to go out of their way to make things as stress free as possible. First day of flower sale and the great computer fail of 420 2022. Both had to wait hours past appointment. But again issues not of the store or staff. The variety is good. Would LOVE a bit more consistency thought. Prices are understandable would be nice to see some larger sizes at discounted prices. Would like to see the loyalty program back. It helps ease the price burden.

Products appear to be extremely pure and of the highest quality possible with today's technology. Staff was friendly and there was less than a 5 min wait to see the pharmacist and another 5 mins for the meds. Whichever reviewer was going on about solvents and whatnot is either not a smart person, or trolling on behalf of a competitor. You can use CO2 as a solvent, but I would hardly count a little residual C02 as a "solvent" in this context. I can guarantee there's no butane or any similar potentially harmful solvents.Update: Nothing from above has changed. However, Leafline's competitor has recently slashed their prices. Instead of being more expensive, they are now about 25% cheaper milligram for milligram. I've inquired twice about the price difference and was given the same run-around about how I must be mixing up milliliters and milligrams and I can assure you, I am doing the math correctly. My review will be updated once prices drop to a more reasonable level. I will be driving an extra two hours to the other place and I'll still be saving a ton of money. My 3 month supply costs $2200 at Leafline and I estimate it will be about $1600 at said competitor.

Products appear to be extremely pure and of the highest quality possible with today's technology. Staff was friendly and there was less than a 5 min wait to see the pharmacist and another 5 mins for the meds. Whichever reviewer was going on about solvents and whatnot is either not a smart person, or trolling on behalf of a competitor. You can use CO2 as a solvent, but I would hardly count a little residual C02 as a "solvent" in this context. I can guarantee there's no butane or any similar potentially harmful solvents.Update: Nothing from above has changed. However, Leafline's competitor has recently slashed their prices. Instead of being more expensive, they are now about 25% cheaper milligram for milligram. I've inquired twice about the price difference and was given the same run-around about how I must be mixing up milliliters and milligrams and I can assure you, I am doing the math correctly. My review will be updated once prices drop to a more reasonable level. I will be driving an extra two hours to the other place and I'll still be saving a ton of money. My 3 month supply costs $2200 at Leafline and I estimate it will be about $1600 at said competitor.
