I was disappointed in this place. U need to find a different location to go too. Plus they advertise is false as well. No one said anything. I lost 25.00 because of their false advertisement. CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN IN MY OPINION. CANT KEEP THERE WORD ON ANYTHING. there was 4 people in the processing area n 2 of them were just standing around doing nothing n getting paid. 4 people could have made it faster but NO WAY.

I've been a patient here since they opened as Leaf Line. Great products and really great staff. prices have gotten better lately. Easy on line ordering, great communication regarding sales and specials.Not quite 5 stars because even though order is prepared and ready for pick up I always seem to have to wait. I know I can get curb side but as someone who suffers from chronic pain, I try to keep moving and not be lazy. I'm sure they are understaffed like everywhere else these days. I do recommend them. They really want to help people. Medical cannabis has helped me manage my pain and enjoy life again.

Nate at the front desk is amazing. I am a very talkative person and jes always super friendly and chatty. Any time I call in and have questions, Andrew, Josie, and Issa take their time with you, they let you know of their deals, they are all great. They have beautiful bud. I love their Rhythm brand they recently got in. Rise has a great atmosphere. They are soo much better than green goods. You won't be disappointed coming here!!! Thanks so much guys. I became a medical patient around 6 months ago and I have to say its definitely worth it! It is a little spendy sometimes but they have a rewards system and sometimes have sales so when you take advantage of that it’s a lot better deal than street. Also shout out to Andrew for his great customer service!

Amazing quality of flower. No dabs unfortunately besides the dablicator which is pretty cool but expensive and great customer service! Had a great interaction with one of the employees, I believe his name is Emilio. Great guy and really made my experience at RISE top notch! Need to hire more people like him!

Edit to this post: I spoke with a very helpful customer service agent that reached out to discuss my issues. The individual was very receptive to my feedback and that is why I added another star. Very impressed with the people working for this company.Incredible customer service at the front desk, a little less enthusiasm in the back, but still friendly. The only issues I've noticed recently are using plastic 'jars' instead of glass, and there seems to be more shake in the jars recently. I'm not sure why that is, but overall Rise sells a decent product. MN needs to level up on the product they offer medical patients, and Green Goods is definitely included in that.

I haven’t been here in a while, this is all in regards to my previous experiences there. Unfortunately I read some of the reviews and I wanted to comment that I have had nothing but amazing interactions with the front desk people. Andrew especially has always been kind and helpful. I’m embarrassed to say I forget other names, there are three other people I want to shout out that are insanely awesome. Only reason why I didn’t give five stars is that the quality of product unfortunately in Minnesota, it’s just subpar. In comparison to other states, recreational ones yes, it’s just not the same. Nevertheless, they are doing incredible for Minnesota, and helping out thousands upon thousands of people. So kudos to you rise and your staff, as I applaud you for just being amazing people. … Lol, I recently applied to an open position also… ; )

Prices are high but that’s the state not the dispensers fault.The products they offer are great. I’ve had the vaporizer, gummies, and flower. I’ve even bought equipment from them and everything has been above my standards.They have the largest selection of anyone that I’ve seen. I think they have great security and a great method of payment and receiving.It’s a pleasure to walk into Rise.

I usually go to Green Goods but wanted to give RISE a shot. Overall, it was a decent experience. I had to wait quite a bit because the Pharmacist stepped out despite having an appointment.The staff was very nice with the exception of the front desk person, Andrew I believe their name was. They were not the friendliest and they were SUPER passive aggressive. I rang the doorbell and they were irritated that I had done so, and then when I left I saw they had posted a sticky note over the button saying “Don’t Ring”. It was my first time there and had assumed you needed to ring like other dispensaries.I think I’ll stick to Green Goods.

Overpriced for quality! Now both dispensaries in MN are over priced for the quality I'm not just picking on leafline/RISE. If you are a true smoker looking to get high or you are serious about getting some medicine go to GREEN GOODS! They have better selection by like 10 to 1 and now they have the oil carts that ain't just some mystery but tell you what strain your getting finally lol. The flower here though just sucks period as all my real smokers know and like me we go to a different state to buy as they all except MN medical cards nut most often the recreational menu is better. Anyway if your in a jam this place will do but PASS them up unless they seriously step there game up. Hope this helps

They allow you to choose Curbside for any pick up time and there's only 3 spots.... then when you come inside they get all confused why you not waiting for Curbside. Maybe if you monitored it better and didn't give everyone the option for Curbside, things would go a lot smoother.

Pharmacist very helpful in finding the Best option for you. I found the Tangerine Spray worked best for me, I can control my doses 1 to 4 sprays to fit the pain I am in. Went from using 60 oxycodone in 40 days to 60 in 4 months, mainly for going out of town, crossing borders. THANK YOU ALL!

The oil itself is a fantastic product. Although, they want an extremely extremely exorbitant amount for it. It works great until you get to about 60 to 70% empty and then all the oil leaks are the cartridge leaks all over the battery and renders the battery charger and cartridge absolutely use.

E.x. 120ml was $156 and it was half CBD.(lasted him about a week).. When called to complain about potency they said you can't do anything about it. No refund, no product, no remedy. Hard pass... Sorry gramps hope I can find something for you that we can afford.

While the staff was very kind and professional, they greatly misrepresent the potency of their product.Regarding 1:1 products, they said I might have dry mouth and dry eyes as possible side effects. I turned into a zombie! I have never felt that fatigued in my life -- I couldn't even function. When I called to report my response the lady who answered the phone said she had the same reaction. Why didn't they warn me or post this on their site?!?So then I tried 20:1 -- the pharmacist swore that they have never had one reported side effect and their site says "CBD is less sedating and has minimal psychoactive effects" - once again, I had a horrific response to this product and will be discontinuing my search for using Cannabis for help with chronic pain forever and I am now out multiple hundreds of dollars. I took it at 2pm, drove at 5pm and nearly got in a car accident as I was so dizzy! Note: I started at an incredibly low dose of each of these variants.Nice folks but they need more warnings on their products and they need to not be so dogmatic that they cause no real side effects!

The narrative that their prices reflect production costs is not only inaccurate, but rather a complete lie. There are a number of products that state law permits and they refuse to provide (for example non-cartridge extracts) simply for the purpose of monopolizing the state medical system, resulting in a bureaucratic watered down version of alternative medicine. Not only are cartridges medicinal use dubious, but also less effective than more established methods and impose unnecessary costs. No amount of "fund raising" and high level investors will change the fact this company has been mismanaged since before they ever opened their doors whilst ripping off the Bachman's. If LeafLine actually "cared" they would LISTEN to their customers, investors, and the public about how their system can easily change to better help the public, all of which are ignored.I've had my reviews deleted multiple times on multiple applications for merely asking legitimate questions and providing basic information about the company; quite frankly LeafLine should be ashamed of themselves for providing misinformation, utter lack of customer service and price gauging the state of MN.I will never EVER recommend this abomination of a business to anyone, and frankly you're better off growing your own.PS I live where you're not prosecuted for common sense.

If you're coming from the intersection at University Avenue follow the first directions the first time you go, that's where Mapquest sent me. 550 Vandalia Place makes you think it's right there on Vandalia,but it's not. There are 2 buildings that use 550, the first one you see and1 right behind the first building you see (it's just east of first building that says 550. When you turn in drive all the way down to the end of the first building and you will see the 2nd building. Just keep going round the back of it and when you can go left, that is the part where LeafLine Labs is. There is a lot of parking. The entrance is down 1/2 flight of stairs. It's a new building so I'm guessing it is accessible but if it is I didn't see a ramp or any signs, you might have to to another area to get in, I'm sure if you call they can tell you. They have a good variety of times open for appointments and can usually get in in a few days. It's IMPORTANT that you HAVE AN APPOINTMENT You HAVE to have an appointment OR if you have been there before and want the EXACT same thing you can go without an appointment. If you've already had your first appointment you still need to have an appointment UNLESS you want the EXACT same thing. Anytime you want to try anything different than you've already had from LeafLine Labs you have to have an appointment. You do have to get buzzed in of course. The office is large and it's just where you check in. Then I was taken into a Huge secure waiting area that's all open,welcoming with bright colors and seating. They have free bottled water, coffee (not sure about tea) and i should mention if you don't want the free coffee you can go to the back security window and get one made for you which costs (don't know the prices) and a snack basket, not bad LeafLine! You have a pharmacist to consult with and they will answer any questions you have. When you've decided what you want you go back to the secure waiting area until thru call your name. When your name is called go to the balk corner where there is a windowed secure area and you pay the person behind the window and get your medicine with a receipt and that's it. Everyone working there was super friendly and will happily answer questions. Love this place !!

Edit to this post: I spoke with a very helpful customer service agent that reached out to discuss my issues. The individual was very receptive to my feedback and that is why I added another star. Very impressed with the people working for this company.Incredible customer service at the front desk, a little less enthusiasm in the back, but still friendly. The only issues I've noticed recently are using plastic 'jars' instead of glass, and there seems to be more shake in the jars recently. I'm not sure why that is, but overall Rise sells a decent product. MN needs to level up on the product they offer medical patients, and Green Goods is definitely included in that.

Unfortunately I read some of the reviews and I wanted to comment that I have had nothing but amazing interactions with the front desk people. Andrew especially has always been kind and helpful. I’m embarrassed to say I forget other names, there are three other people I want to shout out that are insanely awesome. Only reason why I didn’t give five stars is that the quality of product unfortunately in Minnesota, it’s just subpar. In comparison to other states, recreational ones yes, it’s just not the same. Nevertheless, they are doing incredible for Minnesota, and helping out thousands upon thousands of people. I usually go to Green Goods but wanted to give RISE a shot. Overall, it was a decent experience. I had to wait quite a bit because the Pharmacist stepped out despite having an appointment.The staff was very nice with the exception of the front desk person, Andrew I believe their name was. They were not the friendliest and they were SUPER passive aggressive. I rang the doorbell and they were irritated that I had done so, and then when I left I saw they had posted a sticky note over the button saying “Don’t Ring”. It was my first time there and had assumed you needed to ring like other dispensaries.I think I’ll stick to Green Goods.

They have better selection by like 10 to 1 and now they have the oil carts that ain't just some mystery but tell you what strain your getting finally lol. The flower here though just sucks period as all my real smokers know and like me we go to a different state to buy as they all except MN medical cards nut most often the recreational menu is better. Anyway if your in a jam this place will do but PASS them up unless they seriously step there game up. Hope this helps

The oil itself is a fantastic product. Although, they want an extremely extremely exorbitant amount for it. It works great until you get to about 60 to 70% empty and then all the oil leaks are the cartridge leaks all over the battery and renders the battery charger and cartridge absolutely use.

While the staff was very kind and professional, they greatly misrepresent the potency of their product.Regarding 1:1 products, they said I might have dry mouth and dry eyes as possible side effects. I turned into a zombie! I have never felt that fatigued in my life -- I couldn't even function. When I called to report my response the lady who answered the phone said she had the same reaction. Why didn't they warn me or post this on their site?!?So then I tried 20:1 -- the pharmacist swore that they have never had one reported side effect and their site says "CBD is less sedating and has minimal psychoactive effects" - once again, I had a horrific response to this product and will be discontinuing my search for using Cannabis for help with chronic pain forever and I am now out multiple hundreds of dollars. I took it at 2pm, drove at 5pm and nearly got in a car accident as I was so dizzy! Note: I started at an incredibly low dose of each of these variants.Nice folks but they need more warnings on their products and they need to not be so dogmatic that they cause no real side effects!

The narrative that their prices reflect production costs is not only inaccurate, but rather a complete lie. There are a number of products that state law permits and they refuse to provide (for example non-cartridge extracts) simply for the purpose of monopolizing the state medical system, resulting in a bureaucratic watered down version of alternative medicine. Not only are cartridges medicinal use dubious, but also less effective than more established methods and impose unnecessary costs. No amount of "fund raising" and high level investors will change the fact this company has been mismanaged since before they ever opened their doors whilst ripping off the Bachman's. If LeafLine actually "cared" they would LISTEN to their customers, investors, and the public about how their system can easily change to better help the public, all of which are ignored.I've had my reviews deleted multiple times on multiple applications for merely asking legitimate questions and providing basic information about the company; quite frankly LeafLine should be ashamed of themselves for providing misinformation, utter lack of customer service and price gauging the state of MN.I will never EVER recommend this abomination of a business to anyone, and frankly you're better off growing your own.PS I live where you're not prosecuted for common sense.

It's a new building so I'm guessing it is accessible but if it is I didn't see a ramp or any signs, you might have to to another area to get in, I'm sure if you call they can tell you. They have a good variety of times open for appointments and can usually get in in a few days. It's IMPORTANT that you HAVE AN APPOINTMENT You HAVE to have an appointment OR if you have been there before and want the EXACT same thing you can go without an appointment. If you've already had your first appointment you still need to have an appointment UNLESS you want the EXACT same thing.
