I have been coming here for about 8 months and it does not matter when I place my order I ALWAYS have to wait anywhere from 10-20 mins. A month a go I waited an hour for my order. I always place my orders early and come in a few hours later and it's NEVER ready. I don't even order that much at a time and the fact the everything comes pre measured and pre packaged, all they have to do is print a label and slap it on there see does not make any sense to me. People will come in after me and are able to pay for the stuff right away. A lot of the people there are friendly but I feel unless you tip well and you like to talk while you check out you get ignored.

This used to be a 5 star rating. Been going here for 3 yrs. This past year has been bad. You make an appt and wait 60+ minutes past your appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be going to Green goods for now on. They get you in and out with your appointment time. Yeah it might be a 45 min drive but waiting for an hour plus after your appointment is ridiculous I make an appointment time of day that works for me to pick up. 3 times they screwed up my day/ other appointments by not getting me in anywhere near the appointment time. Disappointing I liked going here.

Been here going on two hours. Last week, I could walk in and order. This week, they changed that without telling anyone. People in there trying to order amd they won't let you. I placed an order for the person I'm a caregiver too, got the text confirmed, and still no order. It's a joke and they are allowed to do it. Should add, they say nobody is on hold while person I'm a caregiver to has been on hold for well over an hour. Joke

My visit on 6/30/23 was a horrible experience!! When I checked in, I was told they didn't have my order but I had my emailed receipt showing I placed the order. I know things can happen so I was trying to be patient. I had picked 12 noon for pickup because I had other commitments for the rest of the day. I know pickup times can get delayed for different reasons but 65 minutes is ridiculous!! I'm sure I'm not the only person that picks the time because it fits in their schedules. Most of my experiences here have been great and my previous review was a 5 star.

I wish you would email out specials, I live an hour away and it would be nice to know when specials begin and end. I ordered online yesterday and several items were no longer on special today. This location is always on something. This is the second time their promo was put wrong on the website since I’ve moved here in June. The first time it was granted. This time I CALLED to make sure it was what the email and website said and the person said it was wrong but to bring the email and they would grant the email. A couple hours later, I go to curbside and the guy that came out had a complete attitude and said they wouldn’t be granting it because it was fixed. I explained that not only did I double check I also called and the guy said it would be granted. He argued with me and said I could come in to talk to a manager. Why do I have to fight for something I already called and waited on hold for 20 minutes for? I will be looking at alternative places in the Saint Cloud area rather than going here. My business isn’t appreciated here and I’m sure yours isn’t either! Go somewhere else!!!PS: I have also found beaners in two batches, which changes the weight, and it’s always super dry!! You’re basically paying for 3.5 grams and getting 2 worth.

Impressed with the dispensary, it was a very nice, calm & relaxing atmosphere, staff we're very helpful. My father, whom we picked up for was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the products. Only gave 4 stars because of the high pricing (I know ALL dispensaries have similar pricing in Mn) but, it's used for medical purposes & for some the only means of pain management etc.. it's sad knowing people have to go without at times due to the cost. It will be a grand day when cost is made affordable. Thanks

My experience is poor customer service, they are late with curbside pickup as a result of double scheduled appointments, product is ok but overpriced and is often almost powder dry and burns up really fast, I showed up 10 minutes before they open at 9 I called to check in thinking it would get things going faster only to be hung up on when I called to check in the man answered the phone and said how can i help u when I said I was here for a pick up he said we don't open till 9 and abruptly hung up on me as well as the gentleman in the spot next to me. I don't appreciate disrespect in any manner and would recommend a different dispensary. When they switched from leafline they said an email was sent saying my reward points would be void after the change i never got this email and when I asked I was told too bad basically. I had 100 dollars worth of rewards that they wouldn't let me use. Customer service in st cloud has become nonexistent and its not ok.My post was replied by the owner saying they wanted to make my poor experience right, it asked for my contact info so I sent it to the address in the reply... I never heard back in email or phone call. This is obviously a way to try to save face, and they had no interest in improving their ways. And I'm pretty insulated by the fact that they are playing games like this with their patients.

The flower is a joke in Minnesota too. Drive 5 hrs to Michigan get 3 times thc levels for half the price and that’s still recreational. My medical cannabis shouldn’t cost me $50 a day. I could justify it if i actually felt something from it. Spent 4 months on road after joining mn program. It just reconfirmed Minnesota is a joke when it comes to medical cannabis. I've been a patient for a several months now, and since I've been there they have introduced more products and lowered some of their prices. You still pay a premium; I prefer the tangerine carts and at $70 they are not cheap, but to me they are worth it. They do run weekly sales which generally seem to save 20% or so on select products which is nice. In December they're introducing some new vape carts which I'm really looking forward to.The people are always very welcoming and professional, and from my experience you can get in and out in five or ten minutes if you go during a week day afternoon.My one criticism, and I know it's not really in their control, is that I once waited for almost an hour (and I heard that others waited far longer) on a Friday before July fourh weekend. Now I totally acknowledge that this situation is an outlier, and rarely happens to that extent, but a lot of people can get a bit perturbed; I know I saw several people walk away. I'm sure you are aware of this, but I wanted you to have this honest feedback.Thank you for all that your team does, please tell them that I appreciate them!Five stars

Wait time is horrendous. Watched multiple people freak out because of it. One old lady who could barely walk started freaking out and crying because they screwed up her order. There is only one person slowly ringing up people. It took me over an hour to get my meds even though I showed up on time. This waiting happens every single time. Please fix it thanks.

Yes the prices are a little steep but it’s not distillate it’s pure cannabis oil so I’m cool with it. Keep that super silver haze coming great strain selections. Very grateful for medical cannabis. Not too fond of the fact that I'm being prescribed up to five grams a day but can only purchase two 3.5 gram 1/8 and three .75 gram pre rolled every six days. This means multiple trips and multiple times being taxed for what could be done once a month. Fuel isn't cheap these days... My only other issue is Green Goods (the only other option in the state) sells their product based of THC potency. Rise was selling 27% pre rolls for 18$ and when they were down to one strain of cannabis that was only 8% (roughly 1/3 the potency), the price remained the same.

Since I started taking medical cannabis I haven't had seizures, which I used to get 3 minimum a week. I've been taking the medication for about 3 years. I also have ulcers and I did a gastric bypass 12/29/08 and can now keep food down and not get completely nauseousiated when I eat.

Their cartridges leak and ultimately fail. Brought back my last 3 cartriges, ALL defective. Was given 1 replacement. Before I left the parking lot I tried the replacement and it was leaking and already partially plugged. When I attempted to address the issue I was told they will not replace until it plugs solid. I have to drive 1.5 hours to get medicine. This is unacceptable. I will no longer go to leafline. When paying the highest prices in the country, quality is expected.

I have been coming here for about 8 months and it does not matter when I place my order I ALWAYS have to wait anywhere from 10-20 mins. A month a go I waited an hour for my order. I always place my orders early and come in a few hours later and it's NEVER ready. I don't even order that much at a time and the fact the everything comes pre measured and pre packaged, all they have to do is print a label and slap it on there see does not make any sense to me. People will come in after me and are able to pay for the stuff right away. A lot of the people there are friendly but I feel unless you tip well and you like to talk while you check out you get ignored.

My visit on 6/30/23 was a horrible experience!! When I checked in, I was told they didn't have my order but I had my emailed receipt showing I placed the order. I know things can happen so I was trying to be patient. I had picked 12 noon for pickup because I had other commitments for the rest of the day. I know pickup times can get delayed for different reasons but 65 minutes is ridiculous!! I'm sure I'm not the only person that picks the time because it fits in their schedules. This location is always on something. This is the second time their promo was put wrong on the website since I’ve moved here in June. The first time it was granted. This time I CALLED to make sure it was what the email and website said and the person said it was wrong but to bring the email and they would grant the email. A couple hours later, I go to curbside and the guy that came out had a complete attitude and said they wouldn’t be granting it because it was fixed. I explained that not only did I double check I also called and the guy said it would be granted. He argued with me and said I could come in to talk to a manager. Why do I have to fight for something I already called and waited on hold for 20 minutes for? I will be looking at alternative places in the Saint Cloud area rather than going here. My experience is poor customer service, they are late with curbside pickup as a result of double scheduled appointments, product is ok but overpriced and is often almost powder dry and burns up really fast, I showed up 10 minutes before they open at 9 I called to check in thinking it would get things going faster only to be hung up on when I called to check in the man answered the phone and said how can i help u when I said I was here for a pick up he said we don't open till 9 and abruptly hung up on me as well as the gentleman in the spot next to me. I don't appreciate disrespect in any manner and would recommend a different dispensary. When they switched from leafline they said an email was sent saying my reward points would be void after the change i never got this email and when I asked I was told too bad basically. I had 100 dollars worth of rewards that they wouldn't let me use. Customer service in st cloud has become nonexistent and its not ok.My post was replied by the owner saying they wanted to make my poor experience right, it asked for my contact info so I sent it to the address in the reply... I never heard back in email or phone call. This is obviously a way to try to save face, and they had no interest in improving their ways. And I'm pretty insulated by the fact that they are playing games like this with their patients.

I've been a patient for a several months now, and since I've been there they have introduced more products and lowered some of their prices. You still pay a premium; I prefer the tangerine carts and at $70 they are not cheap, but to me they are worth it. They do run weekly sales which generally seem to save 20% or so on select products which is nice. In December they're introducing some new vape carts which I'm really looking forward to.The people are always very welcoming and professional, and from my experience you can get in and out in five or ten minutes if you go during a week day afternoon.My one criticism, and I know it's not really in their control, is that I once waited for almost an hour (and I heard that others waited far longer) on a Friday before July fourh weekend. Now I totally acknowledge that this situation is an outlier, and rarely happens to that extent, but a lot of people can get a bit perturbed; I know I saw several people walk away. Very grateful for medical cannabis. Not too fond of the fact that I'm being prescribed up to five grams a day but can only purchase two 3.5 gram 1/8 and three .75 gram pre rolled every six days. This means multiple trips and multiple times being taxed for what could be done once a month. Fuel isn't cheap these days... My only other issue is Green Goods (the only other option in the state) sells their product based of THC potency. Rise was selling 27% pre rolls for 18$ and when they were down to one strain of cannabis that was only 8% (roughly 1/3 the potency), the price remained the same.
